Indented Head
Some homes are worth more than just their market value.
This almost 100 year old beach house has been part of the family for generations, originally built by the client’s grandparents and filled with memories that couldn’t be replaced.
Our goal with this renovation was never to erase its character. It was to carefully modernise the home while preserving the original feel that made it special in the first place.
We opened up the entry to capture more of the ocean views and natural light, installed new windows, fully renovated the kitchen and bathroom, painted throughout, and restored the original timber flooring.
A project like this is about more than finishes. It’s about respecting the history of the home while making it ready for the next generation to enjoy.
