Alex is the Founder and Director of ATLI Building Company. A registered builder since 2021, he has worked in residential construction since 2008, bringing a broad understanding of the building process from planning through to completion. Alex approaches each project with a strong focus on planning, risk management, and client communication, ensuring every build is controlled, predictable, and professionally managed. A devoted father of two, family life shapes his belief that a home should be a place of comfort, connection, and longevity.
Tahlia
Tahlia is an integral part of ATLI Building Company, managing administration and contracts while contributing to project design. She supports smooth project delivery by ensuring accurate documentation, organised processes, coordinated design elements, and clear, timely client communication.
Prior to joining ATLI, Tahlia built a strong background in property management, developing a focus on customer service, attention to detail, and strong organisational and communication skills. These capabilities underpin her effectiveness at ATLI, contributing to a professional, reliable, client-focused experience.
Michael
With extensive experience across both residential and commercial construction, Michael brings strong leadership, practical knowledge, and attention to detail to every project. Having spent years leading carpentry teams and managing construction sites, he understands what it takes to keep projects running efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
At ATLI Building Company, Michael oversees the day-to-day delivery of our projects, coordinating trades, maintaining quality control, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the standard our clients expect. His hands on approach, clear communication, and commitment to quality help create a smooth building experience from start to finish.
