The process

  • You can contact us to schedule a site visit where we will discuss your vision, review the scope of works, and provide a detailed cost breakdown and project timeline.

  • We invite you to join our team at our showroom to select everything from tiles to plumbing fixtures, ensuring that your choices reflect your style and preferences.

  • After finalising selections, we’ll sign a standard Master Builders Association Victoria contract and set a start date, ensuring clarity and commitment.

  • During the construction phase, we strive to accommodate our clients to remain in their homes whenever possible. We work closely with you to minimise disruption by adhering to agreed timelines and maintaining open communication. Our team keeps you updated regularly and is always available to answer any questions.

  • Once the project is complete, we conduct a professional clean of your home and return the keys — along with a special gift from our team.
